Back to overviewChoFleur, the artisanal chocolate shop near Antwerp's Grote Markt, wanted its customers to enjoy a refined praline outdoors in peace. But how do you create an inviting haven on a busy city pavement that perfectly matches the image of a modern chocolatier?
We designed a unique outdoor furniture concept that literally sprouts from the brand name. The table is shaped like an elegant flower, with a graceful stem shooting upwards to unfold into a protective parasol canopy. The comfortable seats take the form of leaves, wrapped in the signature colours of the ChoFleur logo. It is a visual wink that subtly tempts hungry passers-by to pause for a moment.
Belgian downpours and Antwerp wind? No match for this flower. The entire piece is crafted from highly durable lacquered steel and aluminium. This ensures the design stands strong against the elements, year in, year out.

ChoFleur Picknick table design for store ChoFleur now lets you experience their delicious chocolate concept outdoors as well. TopOfMind had the honor of designing a unique picnic table for the retail outlet. The furniture blossoms like a colorful flower. The seats form the petals, the stem grows into a protective leaf, and the tabletop is colored chocolate brown. A delightful spot to melt away for a moment.
